Portfolio Name: Portfolio
Date: 2005-03-01
For: School
Details: This is a small portfolio I've made for a program I'm trying to get into at Concordia. Originally thebigone.homeip.net was supposed to be my portfolio but then I read the instructions for submission and the big one was, well, too big... Because this is original, it's also somewhat cheesy.

The link will take you to a page of a picture. I'm not sure if this works on windows, but on mac you can put pictures in the background of your windows. so instead of plain white or grey, I put a picture I made. Since I'm not sure if it can be accomplished in windows, I took a screeny and the link takes you to the screeny.

***please use firefox to view this site, explorer has problems with it***

stupid explorer...

Date: 2002-12-10

Details: During our time at school, John, Carl and I were considered the 3 musketeers. We had joined the program together, sat together, went on break together and did every group project together. During most if not all of the classes we would joke around, if we knew the subject the teacher was teaching we would play online popcap games together or just chat on msn or icq2go together. One of the funniest moments in the class was one of the times Carl and I were chatting on icq2go. I can't remember exactly what he said but he did it in caps by accident. I wrote back saying 'I'm sitting right next to you, there's no need to yell'.

The Old Skool project caused the biggest scenes in the history of our class. Ofcourse John, Carl and I worked together on it but we just couldn't agree on a layout for the site we had to make. We each had our own designs for the site and were quite opposed to the idea that one of the other members' site was better than the one we had designed. It got to the point where we raised our voices about what was good or bad about each others design and we actually stopped speaking for few moments. Everyone in the class looked at us and our teacher T said something on the lines of 'Jeez guys, chill'.

We eventually agreed on this design.

I had a thing for iframes around this time so they heavily influenced my design.
